FAQs
We’re glad you crossed paths with our shop!
We are a tattoo studio by day and a community space for events like book clubs, show and tells, and psychologist and peer-guided groups by night.
We’re here to be a good place for you to go, whether you’re getting tattooed or just spending time in a positive space. We’ve noticed everyone who comes in seems to leave a little happier, and we're so touched by that!
ALL GOOD is here to provide a unique employment experience, new friendships, and memorable moments.
Thank you for being here with us <3
-
Can I bring a guest?✦ Yes! They're welcome to hang out on the couch, but make sure to ask the artist's permission before having them sit alongside the station while the artist works.
-
How accessible is the studio?✦ Our studio is located on the second floor, accessible via a flight of stairs immediately inside the building's entrance. The noise level in the studio can range from relatively quiet to moderately loud, depending on the day. If you prefer a quieter environment, please let your artist know, and we'll do our best to accommodate any request. Our beautiful 100+ year old building is filled with character and history, but it unfortunately does not have an elevator or a stair alternative. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and we understand that this physically excludes some communities from our space. All of our talented artists value inclusivity and may be open to meeting at an external location to better accommodate your needs—please don’t hesitate to reach out to them directly.
-
Do you take walk-ins?✦ We currently accept walk-ins Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12:30pm to 5pm. You can always shoot us a DM asking if we’re open. If you’d like to book an appointment for a specific day, please reach out to us or coordinate with your artist.
-
How can I guest at All Good?✦ Please shoot us an email to arielle@itsallgoodstudio.com
-
How should I prepare for my appointment?✦ Please make sure to follow any specific instructions given by the artist you booked with. However, here are some general guidelines to ensure the best experience: Make sure you're well-hydrated and have eaten a good meal before your appointment to help maintain your energy levels throughout the session. Please refrain from using drugs or drinking heavily prior to your appointment, as this can affect your skin and healing process. There is street parking and metered parking available. Please give yourself a 10-minute grace period for parking to ensure a relaxed arrival. Once you arrive, head to the waiting area where your tattoo artist will greet you. Feel free to browse through the artist portfolios, the vintage clothing rack, and the marketplace shelves while you wait.
-
How do I get in touch with an artist for an appointment?✦ You can shoot a dm to @allgoodla or reach out to the artist via their preferred booking method.
-
What types of payments do you accept?✦ Cash is accepted by all artists. Please ask your artist what additional payment methods they approve.
-
Do you offer apprenticeships?✦ Yes, you can apply here.
-
What is your tattoo/piercing age requirement?✦ You must be 18 years or old for both tattoos and piercings. We do check IDs.
-
Can I bring my dog?✦ While our tattoo artists love dogs, health regulations prohibit animals in the tattooing area. However, dogs are welcomed in the waiting area but must not be left unattended. But must remain on a leash at all times.
