Talia loves nostalgia and anything you would find in a scrapbook. She has been tattooing for a little over a year and a half; she's always experimenting with new styles and would love to hear your custom ideas or share her flash designs! Talia graduated with a BA in Design and Architecture from Tulane University and lived in New Orleans for 5 years before moving to Los Angeles last August. She loves movies and soda :-)
